Job Responsibilities and Requirements: 

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Job Description:

Our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) are highly independent practitioners who typically work on a part-time basis to train and supervise the work of our Registered Behavior Technician's (RBT's) and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCaBA's). They train parents and caretakers on the ABA techniques relevant to their child's program, devise skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatment plans for children with developmental delays, and provide continuous supervision and revisions of existing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).  Additionally, BCBAs conduct weekly team meetings and training seminars for the Holistic Behavior Collaborative staff, parents and other professionals in the field of behavior analysis.  All of our positions require travel as we are strictly a provider of behavioral services in the natural environment (Home, school, and community based treatment).  All candidates must have reliable transportation and must be available for a minimum of two days per week (Mon-Fri) and for a minimum of three consecutive hours each work day.  

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Behavioral / Developmental Intakes & Assessments

  • Functional Assessments

  • Train & supervise the work of RBTs

  • Train parents /caretakers on the use of ABA techniques in the natural environment

  • Create Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

  • BIP supervision & revision

  • Attend IEP meetings & provide school consultations

  • Conduct training seminars for RBTs and BCaBAs 

  • Conduct parent training seminars

  • Conduct ACE Workshops for other board certified professionals in the field (optional)

  • Graphing, charting, table and other visual data displays

  • Descriptive statistics

  • Behavior Report writing

  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

  • Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients

  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education

  • Telehealth service delivery as needed​

  • Independent time management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Outstanding social skills

  • Excellent observational and analytical skills

  • Candidates must be patient, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, creative

  • Must work well in a team environment

  • CPR & First Aid training certifications

  • Pass Level II criminal background check

 

Special Considerations:

  • Bilingual or ASL- proficient

Pay Rate:  

Varies between $55-$90 + per hour depending on experience and education

​

RBT & Behavior Therapist

Job Responsibilities and requirements

ABA Therapist & Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)

Job Description: 

Both ABA Therapists and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) typically work on a part-time basis to teach communication skills, social skills and other pertinent developmental skills to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), specifically utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).  All duties are to be completed under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and extensive training and supervision will be provided in order to ensure competence.  All positions require travel as we strictly a provide behavioral services in the child's natural environment.  All candidates must have reliable transportation and must be available for a minimum of 2 days per week (Mon-Fri) and for a minimum of 3 consecutive hours each work day.  

 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide intensive one-on-one therapy to children with ASD

  • Implement behavior acquisition and behavior reduction protocols as outlined by the child's ABA treatment plan

  • Conduct stimulus preference assessments

  • Collect data

  • Maintain client's program book

  • Create & develop teaching materials

  • Provide basic care to the clients (e.g., toileting, eating, dressing, etc.)

  • Discuss client's daily progress with parents / caretakers

  • Work with BCBA and BCaBA supervisors to implement individualized goals and checklists

  • Maintain respect and confidentiality for all clients

  • Maintain and protect the well-being of all clients

  • Maintain technical and professional knowledge with continuing education

  • Telehealth service delivery as needed

 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently undergoing behavior analytic undergraduate-level coursework sequence as outlined by the BACB

  • Effective oral and written communication skills

  • Outstanding social skills

  • Excellent observational and analytical skills

  • Candidates must be patient, flexible, energetic, self-motivated, creative and must work well in a team environment

  • CPR and First Aid training course certifications

  • Pass Level II criminal background check

  • Pass 40-hour RBT training course requirement

 

Special Considerations:

  • Candidates who have prior experience working with children

  • Candidates who are bilingual or ASL-proficient

 

Pay Rate:  Varies between $15 - $30 per hour, depending on experience and education
